With Skywards Miles Mall’s expanded offerings, Emirates Skywards members can spend miles earned on travel with Emirates and flydubai, partner airlines and lifestyle partners worldwide, in real-time for digital gift cards at more than 500 brands across five markets globally, including the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Australia and India.

Emirates Skywards is the loyalty program of the Emirati flag carrier. They have three levels of status. Blue is the entry-level status. It is automatically assigned upon signing up for an account. From there, you begin earning two currencies: Skywards Miles and Tier Miles; the former allows you to book award tickets, while the latter dictates your elite status. You earn the same number until you reach Silver or higher, upon which you get bonuses for Skywards Miles (but not Tier Miles).
The second status, but the first elite status, is Silver with Skywards. To qualify, members must earn the following
- 25,000 Tier Miles or
- 25 qualifying flights
Here are the benefits associated with Silver :
- Priority check-in at Dubai and airports globally
- Emirates business class Lounge access at Dubai Airport (no guests)
- 30% extra Skyward miles on all flights
- Free Wi-Fi when flying business or first class
- 12kgs of extra checked luggage allowance
Then comes Gold. To qualify, a customer would need:
- 50,000 Tier Miles or
- 50 qualifying flights
The benefits are :
- Business class check-in at all airports
- Access to Emirates’ business class Lounge in Dubai and other lounges worldwide, with one guest
- 16kgs of extra luggage/1 extra bag (23kgs)
- 75% bonus Skywards Miles
