The Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission has commenced the classroom immersion phase of its flagship leadership development programme DAKSH 2.1 at Indian Institute of Management Indore.
The inaugural ceremony of the six-day immersion programme was addressed by Atul Sobti, Dr. Alka Mittal, Vineet Hemrajani, Prof. Ranjeet Nambudri, and Prof. Manish Popli. Senior officials from SCOPE, CBC, and knowledge partners Egon Zehnder and IIM Indore were also present.
About DAKSH Programme
DAKSH—Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony—is a 12-month immersive leadership journey designed to equip senior public sector executives with future-ready capabilities. The programme focuses on building strategic thinking, behavioral excellence, and transformational leadership skills to address the rapidly evolving challenges of the public sector ecosystem.
Second Cohort Begins Immersion
Building on the success of its inaugural cohort, DAKSH 2.1 has brought together 72 high-potential senior executives from various Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The six-day classroom immersion at IIM Indore includes:
- Faculty-led sessions
- Real-world simulations
- Strategic leadership exercises
These modules aim to sharpen decision-making, agility, and leadership effectiveness in complex and dynamic environments.
