NTPC Limited’s RLI Vindhyachal has successfully launched the third round of the Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme (PMIS) on May 26, 2026, reinforcing its commitment to youth empowerment through skill development and industry exposure.
The nine-month internship programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace demands by equipping participants with hands-on experience, professional competencies, and real-time industry insights.
The inaugural session was graced by Dr. Debasmita Tripathy, AGM (RLI), who welcomed the interns and underscored the growing importance of skill-based learning in today’s dynamic professional environment. She described the PM Internship Scheme as a visionary initiative of the Government of India, offering young talent a strong platform for experiential learning and career preparedness.
The programme was also attended by Raghvendra Prasad, AGM (RLI).
The initiative reflects NTPC’s sustained focus on nurturing future-ready professionals capable of contributing meaningfully to India’s growth story and nation-building efforts.
