CONCOR engages trade partners at Customer Meet in MMLP Dadri, re-affirms commitment to World-Class Logistics Services

NEW DELHI: Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) organised a Trade Meet with customers and stakeholders at its flagship Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP), Dadri, reaffirming its commitment to customer-centric services, operational excellence, and strengthening partnerships with the trade and logistics community.

The meeting was chaired by Shri Sanjay Swarup, Chairman & Managing Director, CONCOR, and attended by the company’s Directors, senior officers, valued customers, logistics service providers, exporters, importers, freight forwarders, shipping line representatives, and other key stakeholders.

The interactive session served as a platform for meaningful dialogue, enabling participants to exchange ideas, discuss operational requirements, and explore opportunities for further enhancing the efficiency of multimodal logistics services. Stakeholders also shared valuable feedback and suggestions aimed at improving customer experience and facilitating seamless cargo movement.

During the programme, the Chief Manager, MMLP Dadri, presented a comprehensive overview of the terminal’s infrastructure, operational capabilities, and value-added services. The presentation highlighted the state-of-the-art facilities available at MMLP Dadri, including extensive rail connectivity, modern container handling equipment, warehousing and storage facilities, EXIM and domestic cargo handling, reefer infrastructure, first- and last-mile connectivity, and seamless integration with the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC), enabling faster and more efficient cargo evacuation.

Addressing the gathering, Shri Sanjay Swarup reaffirmed CONCOR’s unwavering commitment to delivering reliable, cost-effective, and customer-focused logistics solutions. He assured customers that CONCOR would continue to invest in modern infrastructure, digital technologies, and service enhancements to meet the evolving requirements of India’s trade and industry. He also emphasised the company’s focus on improving turnaround times, operational efficiency, and end-to-end supply chain solutions while supporting the Government of India’s vision of developing a globally competitive logistics ecosystem.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from customers and industry stakeholders, reflecting the strong partnership between CONCOR and the trade community.
