“infraLOG” associate Company gets Acquired!
FSTC, Gurugram acquired by Adani Defence & Aerospace in a record Rs. 820 crore.

infraLOG : 27 November, 2025 – India’s largest independent Flight Trainer Organisation of India FSTC has been acquired by Adani Defence & Aerospace, in partnership with Prime Aero in a first such record 820 crore. The announcement was made in the presence of Mr Jeet Adani, Director, Adani Airport Holdings Ltd; Mr Ashish Rajvanshi, CEO, Adani Defence & Aerospace; and Captain Dilawar Singh Basraon, Chairman and Founder, FSTC. While Adani has taken 72.8% stake, Basraon retains the rest.
FSTC has created a unique value chain as a pioneer flying training organisation in the country. FSTC with two centres at Gurugram and Hyderabad; 11 FFS-full flight aircraft simulators; 17 trainer aircraft and 2 flying schools at Bhiwani and Narnaul, Haryana, India trained pilots are serving all major airlines in India and abroad.
Acquisition by Adani marks a significant step in building an integrated aviation, aerospace and defence ecosystem, including promoting MRO hub in India. India’s expanding aviation market requires large number of skilled pilots and fulfil PM Modi’s Atma Nirbhar : Viksit Bharat 2047 long-term vision.
