Quality Austria Central Asia (QACA) successfully concluded its India Client Conference 2025 at the Radisson Blu, New Delhi, bringing together over 150 CEOs and CXOs from India’s top companies to discuss how human influence shapes sustainable and resilient organizations.

The event, themed “Human Influence in Building Sustainable Business,” emphasized that human connection, behavioral insight, and leadership are as essential as innovation and technology in driving long-term corporate success.

The conference was inaugurated by Chakravarthy T. Kannan, Secretary General of the Quality Council of India, and attended by Hans-Jörg Hörtnagl, Austrian Trade Commissioner in India; Dr. R.P. Singh, Chairman, NABCB; and Dr. Raj Singh, Vice Chancellor, Bennett University—underscoring the event’s global relevance.

Official Launch: Online Influence Institute Debuts in India

A landmark announcement at the event was the launch of the Online Influence Institute (OII) in India, through a strategic partnership with QACA. This initiative will train Indian professionals in digital persuasion and behavioral science, empowering them to communicate more effectively in a connected digital ecosystem.
