Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), India’s pioneering state-owned telecom operator, has introduced a special Student Mobile Plan to mark Children’s Day 2025. The exclusive offer, priced at INR 251, is aimed at empowering students with affordable, high-volume data access and will remain available from November 14 to December 13, 2025.

Announcing the initiative, A. Robert J. Ravi, CMD, BSNL, highlighted that the launch coincides with BSNL’s successful deployment of its state-of-the-art Made-in-India 4G mobile network across the country.
He noted that India has become the fifth country in the world to develop 4G mobile network technology, and BSNL has been a key contributor in its development and rollout. “This large data-packed plan offers students an excellent opportunity to experience our indigenously developed 4G mobile network for a full period of 28 days,” he said.
Emphasizing the value proposition, he added, “This plan is very competitive and pocket-friendly for students who require high data volumes for academic work.
