AIBOC & AIBEA Write To Finance Ministry Demanding Merger Of RRBs With Sponsor Banks – Indian PSU

The All India Bank Officers’ Confederation (AIBOC) and All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA) have written to the Finance Ministry demanding merger of Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) with Sponsor Banks. In the meantime, many bank officials and workers have expressed their opinion that the issue of five-day banking was indeed more pressing than this issue.
