Public Sector Headhunter, The Publc Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has selected Mr. Arvind Kumar as the new Director (Refineries) of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Till now, he was serving as Managing Director & CEO of Chennai Petroleum Limited.
