State-run defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) will announce its financial results for the March quarter (Q4) and full financial year 2025–26 on May 19, 2026.
In a regulatory filing, the Navratna PSU informed that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on Tuesday, May 19, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The board will also deliberate on the recommendation of a final dividend for FY26, which is expected to draw investor attention given the company’s consistent dividend payout track record.
BEL, a key player in India’s defence electronics space, continues to benefit from strong order inflows driven by the government’s push for indigenous defence manufacturing and self-reliance under initiatives like Atmanirbhar Bharat.
