Rike Concert Hall in Tbilisi, designed by Rome-based practice Studio Fuksas, was built, and nearly completed, between 2010 and 2012 at a cost of €40 million. Work stopped with a change in the national government; the project was abandoned in 2017, and the property was sold to a developer in 2022 for €10 million. – Dezeen
