CCL Organises Grievance Redressal Camp in Piparwar Area, Receives 38 Complaints Discussed – Indian PSU

Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), under the aegis of its Directorate (Human Resource Management), successfully organised a Grievance Redressal Camp in the Piparwar Area on June 10, 2026, aimed at ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues faced by employees, former employees, dependents, contractors, and other stakeholders.

The camp was chaired by Mrs. Suman Rastogi, General Manager (Resolution Cell). Also present were Mr. Gautam Chaudhary, Chief Manager (Human Resources), Resolution Cell; Mr. Tejwinder Singh, Chief Manager (Human Resources), Resolution Cell; the Staff Officer (Human Resources), Piparwar Area; officers from the Human Resources Department; the Staff Officer (Civil); representatives of the Mining Department; and other officials.

A total of 38 complaints were registered during the camp. The issues raised primarily related to quarter maintenance, compassionate appointments, online data updation in the Coal Mines Provident Fund (CMPF) system, and various other service-related matters.

The camp, held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., provided stakeholders with an opportunity to directly present their grievances and suggestions before the management. All complaints were formally recorded, and in several cases, information and solutions were provided on the spot. The remaining cases will be addressed through appropriate action and formal responses in accordance with established rules and procedures.

The grievance redressal camp proved to be an effective platform for strengthening communication between management and stakeholders. It also reaffirmed CCL’s commitment to responsive grievance handling, transparent governance, and the welfare of its employees and associated stakeholders.
