In a recent report by TNMT on what bothers travellers the most during the post-pandemic era, arriving on time factors 3.8% of worries; queues 1.6% and car rental as 1.1%. These worries point to concerns that passengers have in wanting to arrive on time and the importance of ensuring a smooth and efficient valet/parking and car rental experience in airports.

Pedersen has a strong track record in business development, negotiations, and operational leadership.
