RINL Organises ‘Parivarthan’ – An Awareness Program On Menstrual Hygiene To Adolescent Girl Students – Indian PSU

As a part of the ongoing Swachhta Pakhwada 2024, RINL organized ‘Parivarthan’ – an Awareness program on Menstrual Hygiene at ZPH School, Akkireddipalem to inculcate good hygienic lifestyle for the class 7th to 9th adolescent girl students.

Dr. G Sujatha, Chief Specialist, (obstetrics and gynecology), Visakha Steel General Hospital (VSGH) imparted knowledge on Menstrual Hygiene and created an awareness on good hygienic practices, wherein 120 students along with teachers attended the session. Social Prohibitions and lack of adequate information on sanitation and hygienic facilities were also discussed in the programme.
