RLI Vindhyachal Conducts Power BI Dashboards Level 1 Training to Boost Data-Driven Skills – Indian PSU

The Regional Learning Institute (RLI), Vindhyachal, successfully conducted a three-day Power BI Dashboards Level 1 Training Program from May 18 to May 20, 2026, aimed at strengthening digital capabilities and fostering data-driven decision-making among employees.

The programme witnessed active participation from officials of NTPC Limited units at Vindhyachal and Singrauli. It focused on equipping participants with practical skills in dashboard creation, data visualization, and analytical tools using Microsoft Power BI.

Welcoming the participants and faculty, Dr. Debasmita Tripathy, AGM (RLI), highlighted the growing significance of digital learning and analytics in enhancing workplace efficiency and enabling smarter, faster execution across organizational functions.

The training sessions were led by expert faculty Kiran Babu, SRK (Software), who delivered hands-on modules incorporating real-time applications of Power BI tools. Participants engaged in interactive learning, gaining exposure to industry-relevant use cases and best practices in data visualization.

A key highlight of the programme was the final dashboard presentation session, where participants showcased the dashboards they developed during the training. The presentations reflected strong practical understanding, creativity, and enthusiastic engagement throughout the learning process.
