Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) organized an interactive programme titled ‘A Framework for Stress-Free Working’, aimed at helping executives develop practical strategies for achieving a healthier work-life balance and enhancing workplace well-being.

The programme was addressed by Sunil Bajpai, Principal Chief Commissioner, Income Tax, and Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE. Dr. Vasundhara Upmanyu, Joint Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), was also present on the occasion.

A key highlight of the event was a special presentation by Sunil Bajpai, who shared practical insights and actionable techniques to help professionals manage workplace stress, improve productivity, and maintain mental well-being in demanding work environments.

More than 60 senior officials from several Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) participated in the interactive session, engaging in discussions on creating a balanced, healthy, and stress-free workplace culture.

SCOPE stated that through its diverse initiatives and unique capacity-building programmes, it remains committed to promoting holistic development and employee wellness across the public sector. The organization continues to encourage practices that foster a motivated, healthy, and highly productive workforce, contributing to the nation’s growth.
