Dinesh Kumar Honored with IPSE Doyen of the Decade Award for Outstanding Contributions to India’s Aviation Sector

New Delhi. Shri Dinesh Kumar, Former Executive Director (HR) of Airports Authority of India, has been conferred the prestigious “IPSE Doyen of the Decade (Public Sector)” Award in recognition of his significant contributions to the development of airport infrastructure, cargo handling facilities, and the overall advancement of India’s aviation industry. His efforts have notably focused on fostering human capital growth within the sector.

The award was presented by Shri Anil Razdan, Former Secretary (Power), Government of India, in a distinguished ceremony held at the SCOPE Convention Centre, New Delhi yesterday . The event was graced by the presence of eminent personalities including Shri Sandeep Gupta, Former CMD of GAIL, and Shri A K Singh, Former CMD of NHPC.

Instituted by PSE Journal in collaboration with the ENERTIA Foundation, the IPSE Awards celebrate excellence within India’s Public Sector Enterprises across vital economic sectors. They recognize the remarkable contributions of PSEs and their leaders in strengthening the nation’s GDP and driving sustainable growth in both Central and State Public Sector Enterprises.
